Edwin Carnell Elam, The Bishop of Predation / His Idol is Wanted by the FBI and Interpol !

The old saying of "birds with similar feathers all flock together"could not be better exemplified by none other than Edwin Carnell Elam and his mentor Robert Everett Hodgins.  Edwin Carnell Elam's over the top exaltations of his mentor were frequently heard by all who attended the monthly training sessions at the Virtual Money Headquarters office in Dallas.

Robert Everett Hodgins is a Federal / International fugitive wanted by the FBI and Interpol for money laundering.  There is quite a bit posted on the internet about Edwin Carnell Elam's Hero and it is not good.

Robert Everett Hodgins is no "Johnny come Lately"  to questionable / illegal business dealings as investigated by the Security Exchange Commission and the state of Oklahoma.  Federal Agencies which were involved in indicting Robert Everett Hodgins for Money Laundering will say that he has been a money launderer for a major Colombian drug operation for years.

Virtual Money / Robert Everett Hodgins are also referenced in the forfeiture allegations in the AdSurfDaily autosurf Ponzi scheme case brought by the U.S. Secret Service in the District of Columbia in August 2008 and in the PhoenixSurf Ponzi prosecution brought by the SEC in Los Angeles in July 2007.

It is rumored that Robert Everett Hodgins is now living in Malaysia. It has been reported that he is working with Ian Simm formerly of Cougar Holdings Dubai and David Bradley both Australian expats reported to reside in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Both Ian Simm and David Bradley are well acquainted with Robert E. Hodgins since they were both former Master Agents of Virtual Money Inc. There is information suggesting that they are planning to relaunch the Virtual Money payment system out of Malaysia with a focus on the Islamic Community. The payment system has been referenced by two names Global V Money and ATM Secure Card. 

Ian B. Simm started his business ventures in Dubai in 2005, three years later when he took a business trip out of the country, he left behind some unfinished business: two fraud cases and five total years of prison time. 

His business license in Dubai expired on March 28, 2009. His office phones were disconnected and his mobile phone was switched off permanently during that same time period.

In the first of the two above cases brought against him in 2009 in the Dubai Court of First Instance, Mr Simm was sentenced in absentia to one year in prison for fraud involving an undisclosed amount of money.

In the second case filed by one of the investors, Ian B. Simm was sentenced once again in absentia to four years in prison, also for fraud involving an undisclosed amount of money.  Ian Simm, is also wanted by Interpol. Like his cohort Robert Everett Hodgins, his whereabouts is unknown.


Agents who attended training sessions in Dallas would often muse about "EdwinCarnell Elam's wanting to be just like Daddy".........Robert Everett Hodgins.  Everyone at Virtual Money Inc., employees and Agents alike all knew and were well aware of the considerable pride that Edwin Carnell Elam had in emulating his idol Robert Everett Hodgins. He constantly reminded all at the Virtual Money monthly training meetings of this point.  In the eyes of many, Edwin Carnell Elam's was over the top in his desire to be like Robert Everett Hodgins ! 

He and another Master Agent who was also close to Robert Everett Hodgins portrayed their idol in a skit that was done on one of the Virtual Money cruises.  Edwin Carnell Elam gave Robert Everett Hodgins praise and credit for making him into the person that he had become. He even sent out an email en-masse to Virtual Money Agents entitled:  Edwin's Top Ten (10) which was an expose of why he wanted to be like Robert Everett Hodgins.

The majority of former Virtual Money Agents believed that Edwin Carnell Elam openly preyed on his fellow agents with Robert Everett Hodgins blessings.  Without question Robert E. Hodgins was well aware of Edwin Carnell Elam's charging and taking money from fellow Agents while falling far short of delivering on the verbal guarantees and promises related to assisting fellow Agents build their Virtual Money businesses.  There were agents who went directly to Robert Everett Hodgins to complain while requesting assistance in getting their money back from Edwin.

Since the demise of Virtual Money Inc., it has been revealed that Edwin Carnell Elam came to all monthly training sessions in Dallas at the request of Robert Everett Hodgins.  Virtual Money / Robert Everett Hodgins  paid all of his expenses for his monthly trips to Dallas per Virtual Money internal financial records.  In return, Edwin Carnell Elam played the role of Head Cheerleader for Robert Everett Hodgins by talking about all of the money that he was making as a Virtual Money Master Agent.  His deification of Robert E. Hodgins was also part of the charade that the two of them created to motivate agents to work hard to get others to sign up as Virtual Money Agents to insure cash flow for the Company. Edwin Carnell Elam claimed to have made two million dollars as a Virtual Money Agent in a video that he and Robert E, Hodgins made together. 

Many Agents who saw the podcast, questioned this bold statement but Robert Everett Hodgins' presence in the podcast along with his seeming agreement with Edwin Carnell Elam's statements somewhat legitimized what Edwin had said.  It is now known that these statements were outright LIES.  Edwin Carnell Elam and Robert Everett Hodgins were working in concert to paint a picture that was far from the truth.

Edwin Carnell Elam has proven with time as Robert Everett Hodgins has done, not to be credible or trustworthy.  The actions of these two individuals clearly defines their character and who they both REALLY are regardless of their claims of being "MEN of GOD" (preachers).  Both men were adept in using their public speaking skills to dupe and mislead others as they so desired.  They operated with the confidence and boldness of experienced Con Men !

The fruit not falling too far from the tree that produced it could never be more true than it is with Edwin Carnell Elam, by virtue of his own words and admissions.  His mentor Robert Everett Hodgins taught him well !  Edwin Carnell Elam has a known reputation for STEALING MONEY from people who make the mistake of believing that he is a legitimate Trainer and Business Professional.  He has proven to many with his actions to be a common Thief and Liar !

There is a plethora of information published on the Internet about Robert Everett Hodgins and his very questionable business dealings. Edwin Carnell Elam's stealing is now being brought to light for all to know and to be aware of.
